Aevum Ltd is registered in England & Wales and operates the website aevuum.co.uk. These terms apply to every order placed through the site, wherever you are located.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or cannot be shipped to your destination.

Base prices are set in GBP and include UK VAT. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at an indicative rate for convenience; the amount charged at checkout is the amount taken by your bank, which may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee.

Payments are processed by Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never receive or store your full card details.

Every device carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults, alongside your statutory rights. Products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Our devices are consumer appliances and beauty devices — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Consumers keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law in their country of residence.
