Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Estimates are working days after dispatch and exclude customs delays.

Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we serve. There are no minimum spend and no handling fees at checkout.

UK prices include VAT. For orders delivered outside the UK, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your government, are not collected by Aevum, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Works worldwide: 100–240V, 50/60Hz. Supplied with a UK plug, so a standard plug adapter is needed outside the UK.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in resalable condition with their original packaging. Contact us and we will confirm the return address; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel arriving back.

Return postage is free for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage.

Every device carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults, in addition to your statutory rights.
